How to Order:
Select the products you want embroidered.
On the product page choose product options (size, color, etc.).
Choose the embroidery placement options.
For a custom design - upload your design in the upload area on the product page. The image formats accepted are: jpeg, jpg, ai, psd, png or bmp format. Please include any color changes (keep in mind the color of the product and the contrast of the design) and the dimensions of the finished design in the special instructions field.
On Custom Designed Products, your credit card payment will not be processed until we have approval of the design and your order ships. You will receive an order confirmation.
We will then email you a digital image of your embroidered design for your approval. Upon your approval of the design, we will email you an image of the design embroidered on a piece of fabric. This way you will know what the design will look like before we begin the actual production of the order.
Production will only begin when you approve the sewn design. We will start production and send you an email with the estimated shipping date.
When production of your order is complete we will process your payment and send you a confirmation email.
We will ship your order and send you a shipment confirmation email.
Please note that some logos or custom designs need changes to transfer to embroidery well while others may need no changes. If needed, we will make any necessary changes to your logo to work well with embroidery. Any or all changes are subject to your approval. The smallest text we can embroider accurately is .25" tall.
There is NO set up fee.
All prices include embroidery.
Designs are sewn and tested.
A sample of the embroidered design will be emailed to you for approval.
Your payment will not be processed until you have approved the design.
Only upon approval of the design and payment in full will production begin.
No minimum order.
